MEATBALL TAPAS WITH CREAMY PARMESAN & BLACK PEPPER RANCH SAUCE
Ingredients
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic
1 Tbsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt
1 Tbsp. Italian Rustico Seasoning
½ cup bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. water
1 egg
3 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 lbs. (908 g) ground beef
Chipotle Aioli Sweet Heat Sauce
Creamy Parmesan & Black Pepper Ranch Sauce
Instructions
Mix Oh! So Garlic, Sunset Seasoned Salt, Italian Rustico Seasoning and bread crumbs in a large bowl, add water, egg, ketchup and soy sauce. Mix well and add ground beef. Mix until all seasonings have been evenly distributed, do not over-mix. Form into small meatballs and cook on medium heat in a fry pan until cooked through or place on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven at 350°F for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
To serve: squeeze Chipotle Aioli Sweet Heat Sauce on a plate, top with meatballs and a squeeze of Creamy Parmesan & Black Pepper Ranch Sauce.
